The CC Libraries (Window>Libraries) in Photoshop are amazingly useful. One challenge, however, is once you start to get a few items in there, it can take a lot of scrolling to find what you’re looking for. Sometimes it’s easy to forget the flexibility of the panels in Photoshop: Drag out the left edge of the Libraries panel to make the library wider, and then choose the Show Items as Icons icon (four squares) near the top right of the panel. Now you can see more items at once. Better still, if you’re using dual monitors, tear off the panel by dragging its top tab, and then expand it on a second screen.
