This one is a huge timesaver. Say you’ve created a number of thumbnail images within a single document. Each thumbnail is on a separate layer, but you want to make a separate image from each layer. Rather than choose save, hide a layer, save, hide a layer, etc. (this is how I used to do it), here’s a faster way. Choose File>Export>Layers to Files. Choose the type of image file you want (JPEG, TIFF, etc.), select the naming convention, designate the location where you want to save the files, and click Run. Photoshop will do all the work for you.
