There are all kinds of tricks to replace and modify colors in an image in Photoshop. But here’s a very simple tip to help you enhance or change the color of something. How about using a brush that only changes the color and nothing else? Should be as easy as using a coloring book. Create a new layer to paint above your image (never paint directly onto pixels; it’s 2021, for goodness sakes). Choose the Brush tool (B), select your brush tip, and now here’s the trick: change the layer’s blending mode from Normal to Color near the top left of the Layers panel. Choose your color and paint away.
