Happy Member Monday everyone! It’s the time where we select one of our KelbyOne members to spotlight. The recipient of that coveted spot this week is……. Denis Lomme!

About the Photo

I never really give a title to my pictures. I called this one “The end of the afternoon” because it has been taken at the end of the afternoon. I took it on January 20th, 2015 because my wife and I love Venise in winter. This picture is, in fact, the first I took on this trip. I was on the Academia Bridge.  

Gear and Software

I used a Nikon D700 and the 24-120 f/4 with a ND400 filter. The camera was on my old Manfrotto aluminium tripod. I use Lightroom for developping the Raw and finish it in Photoshop.

Photography Preferences

I like to photograph more or less anything. My main focus is on people (portrait, fashion, and wedding), but I also enjoy photographing landscape, architectural, travel, products …

Photography Inspiration

I watched Scott’s classes and Mimo on Venice a long time after.
