Once you’re on the Help Desk page, just enter your name and email address, and then click on the drop-down menu where it says “Choose a Topic.”
You can choose to get help with Photoshop and Lightroom, as well as advice on photography or computer gear. Once you select your topic, just type your question in the field below. Our Help Desk experts will get back to you within 24 hours.
As you can see in the drop-down menu above, we request that you provide the version of Photoshop or Lightroom that you’re using, in addition to the operating system; otherwise, the first email you receive from our experts will most likely be, “Which version of PS/LR are you using, and what operating system are you on?” instead of answering your original question. 😉
