Click on the Create New Adjustment Layer icon (half-black/half-white circle) at the bottom of the Layers panel, and choose Selective Color for advanced color adjustments. Selective Color lets you target specific color ranges in your photo, making it useful for correcting color casts or adding creative effects. It looks great on skin tones and allows those subtle adjustments that sometimes get lost in camera. In the Properties panel (Window>Properties), select the color you wish to adjust in the Colors drop-down menu, and then use the color sliders to fine-tune that color.
