Introducing KelbyOne member and Lodi, Italy based photographer, Paolo Lunni! Paolo is very passionate about photography — he photographs anything from fashion to dance to glamour, to headshots.
Can you tell us a little bit about your photograph?
This photo was taken during a photoshoot the model initiated. I’m very proud of the shooting because it was tricky to organize since I’m an Italian based photographer and the model was from east Europe. However, we did manage to schedule a shooting, on a rent studio in Milan, with great reciprocal satisfaction. If I told you that this photo had a title before you asked me, I’d be lying. I’m glad to entitle the photo right now as “Through My Eyes”.
What gear or software did you use to create this image?
For this image, I used as gear my Canon 5D mk III with EF 135mm f/2 L USM and as per light, 2 old bowens flash (don’t know exactly the model) the main with an octa soft box, and the second one as a hair light with only a parabola on it.
How long have you been a KelbyOne member and what made you decide to become a member?
I’ve been KelbyOne member since 2009/2010 as I was interested in photography and wanted to acquire some portraiture skills. Until then, I only did some street photography.
