We’re always looking for work to feature and when we saw this photo by Paolo Lunni, we just knew we had to show it off! For those of you that don’t know Paolo, he’s a photographer based out of Lodi, Italy.

1.) What can you tell us about this photo?

This photo was taken during a photoshoot organized by me in a Studio in Milan—it’s an old factory and furnished as a loft. I’m very proud of the photoshoot because it was the first time in a big studio, with a stylist and make-up artist named Lady Diabolika.  As for the title of this image, I call it “Lone note”. It seems to me that the title is going in accordance with the beauty sad tones I gave to the photo.

2.) What gear/software did you use to create this image?

For this image, I used my Canon 5D mk III with EF 70-200mm f/2.8 II L USM and as for lighting, I used 1 profoto B2 as the main light source with an octa soft box.

3.) How long have you been a KelbyOne member and what made you decide to become a member?

I’ve been KelbyOne member since 2009/2010 as I get interested in photography in order to acquire some skills about portraiture. Until that moment I have done only some street photography.
